Plantar warts are small growths that usually appear on the heels or other weight-bearing areas of your feet. This pressure may also cause plantar warts to grow inward beneath a hard, thick layer of skin (callus).

Plantar warts are caused by HPV. The virus enters your body through tiny cuts, breaks or other weak spots on the bottom of your feet.

Most plantar warts aren’t a serious health concern and usually go away without treatment eventually. You may want to try self-care treatments or see your doctor to have the warts removed.

Staph infections are caused by staphylococcus bacteria, types of germs commonly found on the skin or in the nose of even healthy individuals. Most of the time, these bacteria cause no problems or result in relatively minor skin infections.

But staph infections can turn deadly if the bacteria invade deeper into your body, entering your bloodstream, joints, bones, lungs or heart. A growing number of otherwise healthy people are developing life-threatening staph infections.

Treatment usually involves antibiotics and drainage of the infected area. However, some staph infections no longer respond to common antibiotics.

Your doctor may also prescribe another type of topical medication that contains benzoyl peroxide and antibiotics. If you have pimples or acne cysts in addition to your blackheads, this type of medication may be particularly helpful.

Refrain from picking, squeezing, or trying to pop either an epidermoid cyst or sebaceous cyst. This can increase the risk of infection and scarring. Also, never pick, squeeze or attempt to pop a cystic acne. This drives the infection deeper and increases the risk of scar tissue.

4
Allow an epidermoid cyst to drain naturally. Once it begins to drain, cover it with a sterile dressing, which you can change twice a day. If a large amount of pus begins to drain from the cyst, the skin surrounding the cyst turns red, the area becomes warm and tender, or blood begins to drain from the cyst, it is time to seek medical care.

5
Keep the area clean. To prevent an infection, keep the cyst and the area surrounding it clean. Wash it daily using an antibacterial soap or cream.

Dr Pimple Popper gets showered with pus when a man’s head cyst EXPLODES like a ‘fire hose’

Dr Pimple Popper got what some might call a taste of her own medicine when she was showered in pus from an exploding cyst on the back of a man’s head. The particularly gruesome mishap occurred while the dermatologist and reality TV star – whose real name is Dr Sandra Lee – was examining seven cysts on a 27-year-old patient’s head.

Brandon, from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, paid a visit to Dr Lee in the hopes that she could remove the growths in time for his wedding to fiancé Heather. But the good doctor god much more than she bargained for when she gamely started working on draining the cysts and found herself being showered with gruesome yellow liquid that squirted straight into her ponytail.

SPIDER BITE ON FACE (Video)

The majority of the 3,000 spiders in the United States aren’t poisonous. Even if most spiders did bite, their fangs are too small or weak to puncture human skin. Their bites may leave itchy, red wounds that heal within a week or so.

The spiders that do manage to bite through our skin and insert toxic venom can cause serious health complications. Read on to learn what spider bites look like, what varieties of spider leave certain bites, and how to treat spider bites.

Understand cystic acne. Acne is a general term that describes a variety of different types of pimples, blackheads, pustules, whiteheads and cysts. Cystic acne are nodules that are red, raised, often 2–4 mm in size and nodular and are the most severe form of acne. The infection in a cystic acne is deeper than that in other pustules or whiteheads. Cystic acne is painful.

Identify a ganglion cyst. These are the most common types of lumps found on the hand and wrist. They are not cancerous and often harmless. Filled with fluid, they can quickly appear, disappear or change in size. They do not require treatment unless they interfere with function or are unacceptable in appearance.

You can also make an oatmeal scrub with honey and tomatoes. Mix one teaspoon honey with the juice of four tomatoes and several tablespoons of oatmeal.

Apply the paste to your nose and leave it on for 10 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.

Repeat this scrub regularly, at least once a week.

Apply a sugar scrub. If possible, use jojoba oil for this sugar scrub, as it is the oil that most closely mimics your skin’s sebum. The sebum is an oily substance produced by your body to prevent your skin from drying out. If you don’t have access to jojoba oil, use other oils like grapeseed, olive, and sweet almond as substitutes.

Mix 4 tablespoons of oil into 1 cup of brown or white sugar in an airtight glass jar. Stir until it is mixed well.
